Joggers will find the 3 km white sand beach of Klong Dao ideal for running.
Bicycles are available at the resort free of charge.
And, if that's all too exhausting, you can enjoy a relaxing traditional Thai or aromatic oil massage next to the beach.

Koh Lanta
Koh Lanta Yai is 6 km wide and about 30 km long, the perfect size for exploring.
The island has 9 attractive white sandy beaches, and splendid scenery. The geography of the island contains mangroves, coral rimmed beaches, and rugged tree covered hills.
A paved road runs along the beaches all the way from the northern part of the island to the headquarters of the Mu Koh Lanta National Park in the south.
The landscape is dominated by a series of mountains covered with virgin rainforest.
Old Town
Koh Lanta Old Town is a small village on the east side of the island. It is one of the region's most culturally diverse communities, with Chinese merchants, original Thai fishing families and an ancient Sea Gypsy community.
It's a charming place to visit and boasts many good restaurants and interesting shopping, including handmade hammocks and an original Batik and Art Gallery.
Day Excursions
Koh Lanta is surrounded by some of the most idyllic islands in Thailand. A variety of day trips are available, from a great day’s snorkeling, fishing or simply to find the privacy of a deserted island beach.
Snorkeling
A number of small islands around Lanta Yai island are protected by the Koh Lanta Marine National Park.
They offer crystal clear water with vast coral reefs and amazing varieties of aquatic life.
